Best of the 2015 Sephora VIB Sale

2015 sephora vib sale

The VIB sale kicked off on Sephora today, and I’ve already put my order through! I wanted to share some of my favourite items from the 2015 Sephora VIB sale, as well as a few of the items I picked up this year.

I’ve already picked up a few of the items below, as well as some of my favourite essentials like UD Naked Concealer and Primer Potion to keep me stocked throughout the year! It’s not often that you can get Sephora’s high-end products on sale, so I like to take advantage of the opportunity. To make this article easier, you can click on the products themselves in the image below!

1. Too Faced Grand Chateau

This is the HG (holy grail) of makeup sets this year. Complete with 18 (yes, 18!) shadows, 2 blushes, 1 bronzer and 1 better than Sex Mascara, this set will keep you as beautiful as the packaging. I love that each palette is one distinct look, so they can easily be split up and taken on vacation. The value of this set is over $272, which is over a 75% savings! I purchased one of these, but I’m tempted to get another to split up and give to my friends.

2. Cover FX Custom Cover Drops

This product is game-changing. I haven’t tried it yet for myself, but imagine you could use a few drops of pigment, mix it with your suncreen, and have an SPF 60 tinted sunscreen as your makeup at the beach! The possibilities are endless, you could even mix it with an old foundation that doesn’t match your skin tone anymore! This product has a higher price tag at $44, so take advantage of the 20% off discount!

3. FRESH Sugar Lip Delight

I reviewed last year’s Sugar Lip Legends here, and still use many of those little tubes today. There are plenty of sheer and pigmented shades in this year’s set, while all of them leave your lips nourished and soft. My personal favourite shade from the collection is Tulip! Pick up this set and split with your gal pals, or hoard them all for yourself to indulge your lips as the weather gets colder.

4. Benefit Do the Hoola Beyond Bronze Kit

Daylight savings time means that our skin gets as dull as the weather outside. Liven up your complection with this incredible value set from Benefit. Complete with a mini Hoola bronzer, mascara, dew the hoola liquid bronze and plenty of other products to boost your glow, you’ll look like you just got off a flight from Oahu.

5. NAKED Smoky

The latest palette from Urban Decay’s infamous NAKED line, NAKED Smoky is packed with 12 sumptuous shades that are perfect for a night out or a sultry date. I’m dying over this palette and am super tempted to pick it up later this weekend. The regular price is $64, so with the 20% off savings, it’s worth investing in!

6. YSL Rouge Pur Couture Mini Collection

YSL lipsticks are known for their eye-popping colour and luxurious finish and packaging. Indulge yourself or your loved one with this set of four lipsticks in core shades like red, orange, fuschia and nude.

7. Beautyblender

Why pay so much for a sponge? I used to think the same way, until one of these little pink sponges changed my concealer and foundation game. Trust me, we are ALL Spongeworthy.

8. Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade

I picked up this beauty must-have today in-store. I wanted a waterproof brow product and I liked the Blonde shade of this one, as well as the ability to control the amount of product. At only $23 to begin with, the product is sure to last a while.

9. Hokuho-do + Sephora PRO Kanpeki Perfection Brush set

I’ve been looking into upgrading my tool set and have done some extensive research on this Japanese brand. While the brushes on their website are made of natural fibers (from animals), the Sephora set is the perfect way to experience the Hokoho-do quality cruelty free as the brush hairs are synthetic! And the red handles? Swoon.

10. My Burberry Eau de Parfum

Of course, a roundup of the best picks from Sephora wouldn’t be complete without a new fragrance! I’ve been loving My Burberry Eau de Toilette. It’s floral and feminine and sure to delight anyone under the Christmas tree!
