Coach Legacy in Ultraviolet Review

It’s no secret that purple is one of my favourite colours. You can find it splashed on the walls of my room in a delicate hosta flower shade, or all over my wardrobe in every shade, from violet to burgundy. I already own one ultraviolet punchy purple bag – the Cambridge Satchel, and couldn’t resist jumping when Coach released some bags from their Legacy Collection in this amazing shade.

The video above is my review of the Coach Legacy collection in Ultraviolet. The purple pieces are disappearing off the Coach website every day, so grab them while you still can! I ordered my bag two weeks ago, and it’s no longer available.

I’m wearing a black fringed mini from Joe Fresh, a tee from Winners and the Coach Legacy Penny in Ultraviolet.

I’ve wanted this bag for a while now, because I fell in love with the colour, and I own an original Coach City Bag, which was the basis for this renewed design. My city bag is 25 per cent larger, and even then, isn’t the most roomy. I don’t want to say I have buyer’s remorse, but I think this might be too small a bag for a blogger and student like me right now!

I’m not a fan of skull designs on my clothes, but I fell in love with the delicate and girly lace doily on this tissue-thin tee. I love the mix of organic shapes to create a strong visual symbol. I also thought it would be fun to contrast the girly tee with a leather skirt.

Coach Legacy in UltravioletSo what do you think? Is the Penny bag worth keeping, or would you say an upgrade in size is needed. Leave a comment below, because I’m torn over this bag…mainly because of the amazing colour!

Tomorrow is also the last day to enter my leather leggings giveaway. Follow this link and enter before it’s too late.

I was disappointed in the Coach legacy bags as well, the leather quality isn’t the same either! I will continue to hunt for the “old” pieces!! Sometimes classic is best! I do really love the color though.
