This Halloween, I went as Elsa from one of my favourite Disney movies, Frozen. I usually re-wear one of my ballet costumes, but this year, I went all out pulling together this DIY Elsa Frozen Halloween costume!
To make it, my sleeves are cut blue tights accented with glitter glue icicles, and I sewed on snowflake fabric onto an old blue sequin dress I got at Forever 21. My BCBGeneration shoes finish off the look with their iridescent shine.
