Summer in bloom

I’m always looking for a pair of quality, comfortable and stylish shoes for summer, and these La Canadienne sandals are the perfect choice for summer. With their laser cut detailing and smooth suede leather, these khaki sandals are perfect for both the office or a night out. I’ve worn La Canadienne boots before (they were my favourite last fall), and have also fallen in love with their summer offerings. I paired the Raimonda sandal with my favourite khaki jeans from Zara – the same jeans Kate Middleton wore in India and a floral blazer for a casual, office-appropriate summer look.

These La Canadienne sandals are made in Italy and extremely high quality. With a thick, block heel, they’re also super comfortable! I’ve worn them with jeans like I did here, and with bohemian summer dresses too. The khaki colour is so versatile and goes with just about everything. I would definitely recommend investing in La Canadienne sandals if you’re looking for something unique and exceptionally well-crafted.

My mini Emile tote from Alexander Wang is one of my new favourite bags. The unique design and striking cherry red colour really stands out in an outfit. The convenient crossbody strap makes this micro bag more practical too! Surprisingly, I’m also able to fit a large wallet, my small camera – a Nikon J1, and my makeup bag! Not bad for an itty bitty purse. I thought it added some edge to this look and highlighted the zipper details on my Zara pants.

I’m looking forward to wearing both my accessories – my mini Emile tote and my La Canadienne sandals in the weeks to come!
