One of the most amazing experiences this summer was travelling to Greece. The warmth, amazing food and beautiful scenery will always be very special, and this outfit reminds me of my trip a few months ago. I wore this outfit to the Harbourfront last weekend for the hot and spicy food festival. It was fun tasting some daring hot sauces and I enjoyed some delicious tacos and white wine with a great view! It was a windy but sunny day and there were so many boats on the water. Not quite like Greece, but it was still very picturesque.
I love the Santorini print on this midi skirt. A few people stopped and asked me about it, including one Greek woman who told me all about Santorini. I sadly couldn’t fit it into our route last May, but it’s at the top of my bucket list for when I return! I brought out the yellow tones with the orange crop top, which also provided a fun contrast to the Santorini print skirt.
The sandals are the finishing touch to this look. The Anemone style features both tan and grey leather with bead and coin details. Coin jewelry has been a huge trend this summer, and I love the little charms dangling on the straps. Because they are leather, they are super comfortable and mould to your feet. I usually get blisters instantly, but after a long day of walking, I ended up unscathed. These sandals are also made in the UK and are very high quality! I bought a couple pairs of Greek sandals in Athens, but these with their dainty design are my new favourites!
